My plan is to ask Council on the 19 to table to next meeting and decide on the 19th to do a tour or decide to do a tour at next Agenda Session. They have the ability to suspend the rules and move the item up in the agenda if they decide to schedule a tour and then table it so you and your clients are not there for the en?re mee?ng. It is certainly appropriate for you to request that they do that and I think it’s probably likely they would agree to that. It just can’t happen ahead of the mee?ng. Thanks, Blake E. On behalf of my clients, who number about 20, I would ask that you would forward this e-mail on to the City Council and Mayor. We ask that this item be tabled for two weeks and that the Council schedule a tour of the site. I mention my 20 clients because I'm hopeful that tabling this in advance of the meeting would keep them from all showing up Tuesday night for the last item on the agenda; it also would save you Council members and sta? preparation time as well, but most importantly the tour would be very beneficial to decision makers. I thank you in advance. RKR Robert Rhoads Shareholder T: 479-973-5202 M: 479-236-1414 E: rrhoads@hallestill.com 75 N.
