Council Members
I support the development of the West Transmission Water Line to help insure that water will be available for future
customers who will be living in the City’s exis?ng infill areas, Tier Centers, High Ac?vity Corridors and the 71b Corridor
Plan Area. It should be understood that the increased water supply capacity produced from the bond commitment will
not be used to support addi?onal urban sprawl (within Faye?eville’s greenfield areas or within the Enduring Green
Network). In addi?on, it should be understood that that the addi?onal water capacity produced by the West
Transmission Line Project will not be used to support urban sprawl (non-infill and greenfield developments) in areas out
side the City’s boundaries.
