WT EQUIPMENT (PURCHASE AGREEMENT):
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF A NEW HOLLAND TRACTOR FROM WT
EQUIPMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $101 ,910.24, PLUS ANY APPLICABLE SURCHARGES , FREIGHT
CHARGES, AND DELIVERY FEES UP TO 10% OF THE ORIGINAL PRICE , PURSUANT TO A SOURCEWELL
COOPERATIVE PURCHASING CONTRACT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section I: That the City Council of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas hereby authorizes the purchase of a New Holland
tractor from WT Equipment in the amount of $IO 1,9 10 .00 , plus any applicable surcharges, freight charges , and
delivery fees up to I 0% of the original purchase price, pursuant to a Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing Contract.

RECOMMENDATION:
A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE PURCHASE OF A New Holland T6.180 4WD Tractor with Cab IN THE
AMOUNT OF $101,910, PLUS ANY APPLICABLE FREIGHT CHARGES, SURCHARGES AND DELIVERY
FEES UP TO 10% OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE, PURSUANT TO A SOURCEWELL
COOPERATIVE PURCHASING CONTRACT (110719CNH).
BACKGROUND:
Unit 5001 is a John Deere Tractor with a FASTER score of 15.
DISCUSSION:
Unit 5001 was destroyed in a fire at OMI in October. Fleet recommends replacing this unit to continue front line
service for the department and mission. The replacement is available off Sourcewell Contract (110719-CNH).
BUDGET/STAFF IMPACT:
These items were unanimously approved at the January 9th Equipment Committee.
