DISCUSSION: The Fleet Division is moving forward with an upgrade to the Happy Hollow Complex electronic fuel tracking, inventory and processing system. The canopy needs to be reinstalled to safeguard this new equipment. Additionally, the canopy will provide employee protection from the elements while refueling their equipment. BUDGET/STAFF IMPACT: Replacement of this canopy was not included in the 2024 Recycling and Trash Collections budget, therefore a budget adjustment is necessary.
