I have owned property north of this development for many years (1200 N. Garland) known as Oak Plaza. The
property under discussion has been an eyesore many years. This development will improve the looks for the
entire area. I also believe that it will improve the safety for pedestrians, people on cycles and automobiles.
I also believe the Roadrunner will be the highest and best use of that property.
Fayetteville is making the right decision here.
