Dear City Council Members,
I strongly support the approved, by rite Road Runner gas station, and convenience store on the Corner of North and
Garland in Fayetteville.
I agree that it is in everyone’s best interest to make this development as safe as possible. The city has put obligations on
the owner and tenant to ensure this. I understand these obligations are in the form of variances. These variances are
safety measures for this development and should be a demand for the developer and tenant.
I understand that the city Council would like to deny these variances in effort to stop this development. The owner and
tenant are going to move forward without the variances as they have the rite by law to build this development. I learned
that without the variances the end product will not be as safe.
As a resident of Fayetteville, I would like to urge the city council to allow the variances which puts more obligation(s)
onto the developer and tenant.
Thank you.
