BANKS FOR CONSTRUC- TION OF THE WALTON ARTS CENTER PROJECT. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: Section 1 . That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to condemn the real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof from John G. Banks and David R. McChristian, being duly appointed, qualified and acting Executrix of the Will and Estate of Katharine M.
