RESOLUTION NO. 5-88 SCAIN41 E.D
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DESTRUCTION OF CERTAIN
RECORDS AND SUPPORT DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby approves destruction
of the records and support documents listed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes and
directs the City Clerk to destroy said documents.
Section 3. That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes and
directs the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the destruction affidavit
attached hereto, marked Exhibit "B" and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of January, 1988.

COUNTY OF WASHINGTON)
We, Marilyn Johnson and Suzanne McWethy, after being first duly sworn,
state:
1. That Marilyn Johnson is the duly elected Mayor of the City of
Fayetteville and Suzanne McWethy is the duly appointed City Clerk of
Fayetteville.
2. That the documents listed in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made
a part hereof are being destroyed by the City Clerk as authorized by the
Fayetteville Board of Directors by Resolution No. 6-675 , adopted on the
5th day of January, 1988.
3. That the method of destroying said documents is shredding,
recycling or dumping in sanitary landfill.
