A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ANNEXATION TO THE SCANNED
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY OWNED BY VONDA M. ROGERS WRIGHT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
KANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby confirms the
annexation to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas of the following described
property:
Part of the NW1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 19, T-16-N, R-29-W:
Beginning at the NE Corner of the NW1/4 of the SE1/4 of said Section 19,
thence N88d19'40"W 304.63' , thence S07d56'W 404.86' , thence S89d28'W
179.35' , thence S0d32'W 722.60' , thence N59d18'40"E 619.79' along the North
R/W of the old SL-SF Railroad, thence North 800.08' to the P.O.B. , less and
except the North 340' of said tract already in the City Limits, containing
7.28 acres, more or less, to be annexed.
Section 2. That the above described property is hereby assigned to
Ward No. 3 .
