RESOLUTION NO. 38-88 SCANNED
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH FAYETTE-
VILLE CITY HOSPITAL FOR INSTALLATION OF A
HOSPITAL RADIO COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM AT THE
MOUNT SEQUOYAH WATER TOWER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement with Fayetteville City Hospital
for the installation of a hospital radio communications system at
the Mount Sequoyah water tower. A copy of the agreement author-
ized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked Exhibit "A"
and made a part hereof .

AGREEMENT
This AGREEMENT executed this day of`
1988 , by and between the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, herein-
after called the "City" , and Fayetteville City Hospital, herein-
after called the "Hospital" .
WHEREAS, the Hospital desires to install a radio communica-
tions system at the City' s water tower on Mount Sequoyah and,
WHEREAS, the City is willing to allow the Hospital to install
such a system at said tower.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants
contained herein, the City and the Hospital hereby agree as
follows:
1 . The Hospital shall be permitted to install a radio
communications system at the City' s water tower on Mount Sequoyah.
The size and power of the Hospital' s radio is set out in Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. The Hospital shall be permitted to place a high band
antenna on the City' s tower at Mount Sequoyah.

7. The Hospital shall reimburse the City for increased
electricity charges incurred by the City due to the Hospital' s
installation of the aforesaid system. Said reimbursement shall be
paid by the 10th day of each month based upon an estimate obtained
by the City from the electric utility servicing the City' s tower.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Agreement has been executed on the
date first above written.
