A RESOLUTION DECLARING THAT THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS DOES NOT DESIRE AT THIS
TIME TO BE SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE
"ARKANSAS UNDERGROUND FACILITIES DAMAGES
PREVENTION ACT" , ACT 600 OF 1987 .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The Board of Directors does hereby
specifically declare that the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas does
not desire at this time to be subject to the provisions of the
"Arkansas Underground Facilities Damages Prevention Act" , Act 600
of 1987 .
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to mail a
copy of this resolution to:
(a) One-Call Center, P.O. Box 21465, Little Rock, Arkansas
72221 ; and
(b) Arkansas Municipal League, P.O. Box 38 , North Little
Rock, Arkansas 72115 .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 20th day of December , 1988 .
