RESOLUTION NO. 84-88 S( A N N E D
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY OWNED BY RANDALL GARRISON AND RUBY
GARRISON.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. - That the Board of Directors hereby confirms
the annexation to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, of the
following described property:
The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section Twelve: LESS AND EXCEPT the West 330 . 0 feet
thereof; AND the South 30-acres of the Northwest Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter of Section Twelve; LESS AND
EXCEPT the East 880. 0 feet thereof; AND a part of the
Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section
Twelve, described as beginning at a point North 506. 0
feet and West 880 . 0 feet from the Southeast Corner of
said 40-acre tract; Thence West 370. 0 feet; Thence North
223 . 0 feet; Thence West 70 . 0 feet to the West Boundary
of said 40-acre tract; Thence North 590 . 2 feet to the
Northwest Corner of said 40-acre tract; Thence East
440 . 0 feet along the North Boundary of said 40-acre
tract; Thence South 813 . 2 feet to the Point of Beginn-
ing, containing in all, 47. 86 acres, more or less,
Washington County, Arkansas.
Section 2 . That the above-described property is hereby
assigned to Ward No. 4
PASSED AND APPROVED this 15th day of November , 1988 .
