A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
FAYETTEVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT' S MINORITY
BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby approves an amendment to
the Fayetteville Municipal Airport' s Minority Business Enterprise
Program. A copy of said amendment is attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: A. K O L L M E Y E R
That the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a municipal corporation, the
grantor herein, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)
and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by Anthony Latrechia
and Jerry Latrechia, husband and wife, Michael D. Parker and Vickie Lynn
Parker, husband and wife, and Max A. Parker the grantees herein, does hereby
grant, sell and quitclaim unto the said grantees, and unto their heirs and
assigns forever, the following land lying in the County of Washington, and
State of Arkansas, to-wit:
• LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
A part of the S 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 35, Township 17
North, Range 30 West, Washington County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at a point 460 feet North and 25 feet West
of the SE corner of the NW 1/4, NW 1/4 of said Section 35, said point of
beginning being 25 feet West of the centerline of Appleby Road, thence North
90 feet, thence curving westerly along a circular curve with a radius of 35
feet a distance of 55 feet, thence West 150 feet to a point 25 feet South of
the centerline of Appleby Road, thence South 15 feet, thence East 150 feet,
thence curving Southerly 31 feet along a circular curve with a radius of 20
feet, thence South 90 feet, thence East 15 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 4250 sq. ft. more or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said grantees, and unto their
heirs and assigns, forever, with all appurtenances thereunto belonging.
