A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ANNEXATION TO THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, CERTAIN
PROPERTY OWNED BY E.H. SONNEMAN AND WILL
BEATRICE SONNEMAN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby confirms
the annexation to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas of the
following described property:
A part of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4 ) of Section
Thirty-Two ( 32) , Township Seventeen ( 17 ) North, Range
Thirty ( 30) West in Washington County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: Beginning at the
Southeast (SE) corner of said Section and running thence
West 604 . 21 feet; thence NO°03 ' 54"W 1218 .78 feet; thence
East 299 . 26 feet; thence S1°57 ' E 240 . 32 feet; thence
S11°54 ' 32"E 101 . 76 feet; thence SO°47 ' 15"W 123 . 53 feet;
thence S88°49 ' 59"E 278 .06 feet; thence SO°03 ' 54"E 749 . 85
feet to the point of beginning, containing 13 .79 acres,
more or less, as per plat on file in the office of the
Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Washington
County, Arkansas.
Section 2 . That the above described property is hereby
assigned to Ward No. 4 .
