A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE ASSESSORS FOR
DICKSON STREET CENTRAL BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 1 OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of Dickson Street Central Business
Improvement District No. 1 of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas
have filed plans and cost estimates for the construction of off-
street parking facilities; and
WHEREAS, said Commissioners have recommended that Keith L.
Schultz, Dan Hudspeth and Rick Mayes be appointed as assessors to
assess the benefits to be received by property within the district
from construction of said off-street parking facilities;
WHEREAS, Keith L. Schultz, Dan Hudspeth and Rick Mayes do not
own property within said improvement district.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Keith L. Schultz, Dan Hudspeth and Rick
Mayes are hereby appointed as assessors for Dickson Street Central
Business Improvement District No. 1 of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas.
