RESOLUTION NO. 72-88
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE MODIFICATION OF CONTRACT WITH
HUBER, HUNT & NICHOLS, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a modification of contract with Huber, Hunt &
Nichols, Inc. , for the construction of the Wastewater Treatment
Plant. A copy of said modification is attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of October , 1988 .

COMPLETION CONTRACTOR: Huber, Hunt & Nichols, Inc.
The following modifications to the contract are hereby ordered:
Upgrade DNR motors from 30hp to 40hp $5,331 Phase I $5,331
Add dust protection to filter consoles 545 Phase II $1,015
Add insulation to generator exhaust pipe 470
Relocate 4 level switches at Aerobic Digesters 710
Change PVC pipe to copper in Blower Bldg and add
6" plug valve - $2,087 Phase III $2,797
This contract modification constitutes full and mutual accord and satisfaction for all
time and all costs related to this change. By acceptance of this contract modification,
the Contractor hereby agrees that the modification represents an equitable adjustment to
the contract, and further agrees to waive all right to file any further claims or charges
arising out of or as a result of this change, or the accumulation of executed Contract
Modifications No. 21, No. 22, and No. 23.
