This groundbreaking development, the first of its kind in downtown Fayetteville in over four decades, perfectly aligns with our vision of fostering intelligent and inevitable growth in the city and the wider Northwest Arkansas region. This project showcases a multitude of features that will greatly benefit our community, including a rooftop bar and pool, state-of-the-art conference and meeting spaces, and a restaurant. Moreover, the project's plans ensure convenient public access and a seamless transition from the street to the hotel's amenities, which makes this project a public asset. The introduction of this unique, soft-branded hotel will allow for the integration of local arts and cultural vibrancy into the fabric of its design and offerings. By doing so, it will highlight Fayetteville's rich cultural heritage and assets. It is precisely these cultural assets that have heavily influenced our decision to invest in Fayetteville. Fayetteville's cultural assets, ranging from its remarkable history and diverse population to its vibrant arts and music scene, form the foundation of its progressive identity. These assets not only contribute to the city's distinctive character but also play a crucial role in driving its social and economic vitality. These cultural assets, together with the resources of the University of Arkansas, foster a community that blends creativity and innovation to form a vibrant community. Fayetteville's flourishing entrepreneurial ecosystem will capitalize on these cultural and intellectual resources. These elements create a symbiotic relationship, where cultural assets inspire innovation and the city's progressive policies ensure their sustained prosperity. In our opinion, it is this cycle of inspiration and support that makes Fayetteville an ever-evolving and dynamic city. We firmly believe that this project will prove to be a significant asset not only to the City of Fayetteville but also to the entire Northwest Arkansas region. Sincerely, Matthew R.
