4. Ozark Volleyball Report: Don Cox — Don Cox with Ozark Volleyball gave update on
numbers of participants, tournaments, state of courts, made requests for needs of current
courts, and asked for more courts.

7. Bryce Davis Park Master Plan Presentation: Zach Foster, Park Planner — The Bryce
Davis Master Plan design was presented to PRAB by Zach Foster. Foster reported that
two public meetings have been held as well as two online surveys requesting feedback
from the public. Motion to approve was made by Davis. Sheely seconded. Motion 8-0-0.
8. Article 33 Ordinance Proposal: Alison Jumper, Director— Alison Jumper to propose
updates and edits. Motion to approve was made by Kincaid. Brink to second. Motion 8-0-0.
9. Chapter 97 Ordinance Proposal: Alison Jumper, Director — Alison Jumper to propose
updates and edits. Motion to approve was made by Davis. Sheely to second. Motion 8-0-0.
10. Gary Hampton Softball Complex Batting Cages Proposal: Lee Farmer, Recreation
Superintendent — Lee Farmer to propose the addition of two batting cages to be installed.
Parkland dedication funds proposed as funding. Motion to approve was made by Brink.
