The board members of the Downtown Fayetteville Coalition are excited about the opportunities
this new hotel development could bring to our downtown entertainment district.
The developers have been open and transparent about their plans for the hotel and have been
willing to make adjustments throughout this process based on feedback from stakeholders. We
believe their current plan addresses our needs and our concerns for this development, and we
SUPPORT this project.
Thank you for your continued efforts in making a strong and successful downtown.
