I do not oppose the request to allow a type-2 Short-Term Renetal permit for this property. Mr.
Vollendorf has been a good neighbor and a good landlord in our neighborhood for many years. There
is plenty of off-street parking, and the property is well maintained. I live a few hundred feet south of
this property and on the opposite side of the street, but I have never been aware of noise or loud
music from the Hog-Tailgaters.
