Dear Mr Curth,
My name is Danny Daniel and I live at 588 N Copernicus PL Fayetteville 72704. Alan Hogrefe of 5672 W Tackett Dr of
Fayetteville is requesting a variance to replace an existing shed with a much larger shed on his property. Alan does not
live in our subdivision but our subdivision’s retention pond is across the street from his property. Alan for several years
has been keeping the said retention pond mowed and trimmed at no cost to any of us who live in Sundance Meadows.
Alan mows the retention pond with a tractor he will be storing in his new shed. Please affirm and allow his request.
