I am wri?ng in support of the resident at 5672 W. Tacke? Dr., Faye?eville, AR
There is a nice home there and the residents, Mr. and Mrs. Alan Hogrefe. They have no inten?on of doing
anything with the property except to replace a ro?ng storage shed.
Rezoning is necessary for this project. Please allow this rezoning. The Hogrefes are wonderful neighbors.

I’m wri?ng in regards to the rezoning of property 5672 W. Tacke? Drive in Faye?eville. I recently emailed in a pe??on
to not have property rezoned because we thought the inten?on was to sell the property and build mul?ple homes. Over
this weekend Mr Alan Hogrefe came over and explained that he was wan?ng to replace his old shed with a larger one
but was told that in order to place a larger shed on his property (close to the property line) his property would need to
be rezoned from AR to RSF-4. I personally am happy to retract my previous pe??on if this is his goal. Thank you for your
?me and let me know if you need anything.
