Dr., Faye?eville, AR There is a nice home there and the residents, Mr. and Mrs. Alan Hogrefe. They have no inten?on of doing anything with the property except to replace a ro?ng storage shed. I recently emailed in a pe??on to not have property rezoned because we thought the inten?on was to sell the property and build mul?ple homes. Over this weekend Mr Alan Hogrefe came over and explained that he was wan?ng to replace his old shed with a larger one but was told that in order to place a larger shed on his property (close to the property line) his property would need to be rezoned from AR to RSF-4.
