1. Call to Order – Sheely called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM

5. Approval of Minutes – PRAB Motion: Freund to approve August’s meeting minutes,
Davis seconded the motion. Motion passed 7-0-0.
6. Walker Park Master Plan Presentation: TSW Consultants – TSW to present Walker
Park MP to the board, and answer questions. Freud moves to approve, Kincaid to
second. Motion passed 7-0-0.
7. Ordinance Amendment Revision Chapter 97 – Alison Jumper – Revisions discussed
by Jumper and board. The revised Ordinance will be presented at the October meeting.
8. Ordinance Amendment Proposal Article 33 – Alison Jumper – Revisions discussed by
Jumper and board. The revised Ordinance will be presented at the October meeting.
9. Active Transportation Advisory Committee Update: Yarri Davis – Davis to provide an
update to the board on pay increase for staff, Mt. Comfort plan to repaint bike lanes,
Poplar/Midtown corridor discussed, bench placement on trails discussed,
10. Botanical Garden Society of the Ozarks Update: Joel Freund – No report

11. Friend of Parks Subcommittee Report: Steve Sheely – Received first gift, bylaws
polished, fundraising strategies discussed, clarifying needs to supplement recreation costs
for children
12. Land Acquisition Committee Report: Will Dockery – No Report
13. Project Updates: Ted Jack, Planning Superintendent – Jack to present updates on
park construction. Joanna Bell to discuss art murals on the new HUB building.
14. Review of HMR Report: Ted Jack, Planning Superintendent – Jack presented that
HMR for August was $407,731.
