Hello,
I possess apprehensions regarding the reclassification of 741 E Huntsville Road (RZN-2030-0020). I have
recently acquired the property right next to it, namely 859 S. Brambling Lane. Rauch Coleman assured me
that no development plans were in place for that vicinity. Nevertheless, the current situation appears to
contradict their statement. I am particularly worried as this will directly affect my backyard area. Could
you please provide information on the expected noise regulations? Additionally, what kind of structures
or developments are being considered for this location? Is Rauch Coleman accountable in any way for this
situation?
