PUBLIC COMMENT
Sarah Moore:
• Asked which judges signed for the search warrants listed on the task force report. How can a person
attain that information?
• Would like to discuss the focus of the task force, particularly the area of drug trafficking and sex
trafficking.
• Would like the opportunity to discuss the upcoming budget and the role the drug task force plays
with other community investments, such as anti -violence programs.
Scott Mashburn:
• Asked that acronyms not be used during the meetings, can be confusing to those who are not law
enforcement. For example, DTO (Drug Trafficking Organization).
Beth Moore:
• Fayetteville has a high number of cases this month. The question was asked if this was abnormally
high.
• How many task force cases have gone federal this year?
Captain Brad Renfro requested date and time for the next meeting. The next meeting will be on August 24,
2022, at 1:30 P.M. Fayetteville Police Department, 100 West Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas. The meeting was
adjourned.
