Public Comments Scott Mashburn • Due to some states no longer using Civil Forfeitures, is this something the Drug Task Force would consider doing in the future? • See's the registering for a zoom meeting as a barrier. Would like and easier format in attending city meetings. • Would like to see an easier way to access the Drug Task Force meeting packets. Sarah Moore • Had issues finding the meeting agenda packet for today's meeting. • Asked that Zoom option still be available for citizens to attend Drug Task Force meetings. • Regarding forfeitures, would like to hear a brief summary of for each case. Included in the summary, would like to know how many officers were involved and the hours of manpower used for each of those cases. • Is the Drug Task Force actively pursuing any new grants, especially around education, prevention, and rehabilitation? Would like to see the Drug Task Force talk more in regards to human trafficking and the role drugs play. Chief Mike Reynolds requested a date and time for the next meeting. The next meeting will be August 18, 2021 at 1:30 P.M. Washington County Sheriff's Office, 1155 Clydesdale Drive, Fayetteville, AR. The meeting was adjourned. Minutes recorded.
